Our senior executive team is globally experienced in building fast growing, organic businesses, and incorporating complex business models across different insurance markets and competitive environments. Our executive and management team is dedicated to the growth of our partnership business in Australia.

Partnerships are critically important to Auto & General’s portfolio and are therefore at the forefront of the decision making process when it comes to project prioritisation and operational delivery. The team will be extensively involved in all aspects of our partner relationships and each brings a wealth of experience to the partnerships market.

Dodds Pringle

Dodds joined Auto & General in 2002 and is responsible for new Partnership acquisition and existing Partner growth, including product, brand and channel development. Before joining Auto & General, Dodds worked in mergers and acquisitions in Asia for Thomas Cook Group, and ran a logistics company for Woolworths in South Africa.

Shaden Mohamed

Shaden joined Auto & General in February 2017. She leads the Lifestyle Insurance Group that provides our Life, Income Protection, Health and Travel insurance and Roadside Assistance products.

Shaden is a highly regarded leader in developing and executing digital strategies which propel growth, acquisition and retention. Prior to joining Auto & General, Shaden worked for Expedia ANZ / Wotif Group and Google, driving revenue growth via online platforms and channels.

As leader of the Lifestyle Insurance Group, her focus is on speed of execution— from concept and testing, to development and deployment.

Tony Leadbetter

Tony joined Auto & General in 2016 and is responsible for the development of new partner relationships and the transition into business as usual with the account management team. Tony has over 30 years experience across general insurance and the financial services industry.

In previous roles Tony has worked in retail and commercial banking with The Bank of Queensland and Westpac, along with State Management positions in general insurance. Tony also brings a wealth of experience in franchising and business development.

Chris Wright

Chris is responsible for Auto & General’s Aggregator competitiveness and all products and distributors. He has worked within the BGL Group both in Australia and the UK and has extensive experience in the partnership business. Prior to joining Auto & General, Chris worked in the UK Financial Services sector for over 25 years for companies including Royal London, Equity, Wesleyan and consultancy roles at Logica and Nnable.

Kasey Charlton

Kasey joined Auto & General in 2015 and leads the account management team. Kasey is responsible for the strategic relationships across all White label Partners, focusing on the retention and growth of all live partnerships.

Kasey’s background is within the financial services industry, having held senior product, business development and account management positions. Kasey brings a wealth of experience in account management, business development, stakeholder management and product marketing.

Account Management Team

Auto & General has an experienced Account Management team dedicated to the support and ongoing development of our partners. An Account Manager will take the leadership role in each partner relationship and will be the focal point for all interactions between Auto & General and the partner. All our Account Managers have extensive experience within the financial services sector and with Auto & General.

Brad joined Auto & General in 2003 and is responsible for the account management of White Label partners within his portfolio and performance growth through the optimisation of data integration and channel strategies across all White Label partners.

Brad is a sales professional and performance coach with over 20 years’ experience in sales, 14 of these within the general insurance industry.

Mark Goonan

Mark joined Auto & General in May 2011 and was responsible for management of the Health insurance product, before being promoted to Partner Manager within the White Label Distribution Team in 2018. Prior to this, he worked for Australia Post as a key account manager, responsible for corporate accounts in a diverse range of sectors including telecommunications, finance, and not-for profit. Mark has also worked in fleet management, customer service and marketing. Mark specialises in developing needs-based solutions using a defined product or service through multi-level client engagement all aspects of marketing, especially direct marketing.

Aidan joined Auto & General in 2015 and was responsible for the strategy and growth of the Travel Insurance product before being promoted to Business Partner Manager in January 2018. His focus and drive are geared towards how to provide an industry-leading Lifestyle Insurance offering, fully utilising our underwriting capability for strategic partnerships and the broadening of our suite of products to take care of all our customers' needs.

Felicity Stower

Felicity joined Auto & General in September 2014. She held customer service roles within our organisation, before joining the Partnering team as Product Development Manager and Product Manager for Roadside Assistance, CTP and Pet. Felicity was promoted to her current role as Product Manager, Travel in early 2018 and brings with her a strong customer-focused approach towards partner relationships and the end consumer experience.
